Standard Sport assesses the individual performances from Crystal Palace's 3-1 defeat at home to Sunderland. Crystal Palace were downed 3-1 by a resurgent Sunderland at Selhurst Park on Monday evening, with Eagles boss Neil Warnock left wondering what might have been for his side. For large parts of the game Palace looked a real threat down the flanks but, apart from Wes Brown's comical own goal, the hosts struggled to threated Costel Pantilimon in the Black Cats' net.
